Maintenance Requests
The Board of Directors is asking that all maintenance requests or problems with your unit be submitted in writing. You may submit your request via email, or you can mail your request to the maintenance office. These items will be presented to the entire board for consideration or solution. This procedure is the best way to create a record of your concerns for tracking purposes and will allow the board to better serve you. A board member or the property manager will contact you as to its final decision and/or intended method of approach.Trash Pick-up
Place all items to be picked up by Trash Express in the trash bin area. Trash MUST BE BAGGED, and placed in the bins provided. Please do not put them on the grounds. Trash is picked up Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.Carports
We respectfully request that unsightly or inappropriate items stored in the carports or in common areas be removed. Due to homeowner complaints, it has once again become necessary to implement previous guidelines in relation to cleaning up our community. No exterior additions or alterations to any building nor construction of or changes in fences, hedges, walls and other structures shall be commenced, erected or maintained until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, location, and approximate cost of sale shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to conformity and harmony of external design and location with existing structures in the property by an architectural committee composed of the Board of Administrators of the council of co-owners or by a representative designated by the Board of Administrators. The members of such committee shall not be entitled to compensation for services performed pursuant to this paragraph.All clotheslines, equipment, garbage cans, service yards, woodpiles, or storage piles shall be kept screened by adequate planting or fencing so as to conceal them from view of neighboring Units and streets. All rubbish, trash, or garbage shall be regularly removed from the premises, and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon. No exterior clotheslines shall be permitted upon the Property.
Other things to keep in mind
Please remember that pets should be kept on a leash when outdoors, and they must always be supervised. This keeps your neighbors happy and your pet safe. Please don't let your pet dig or defecate in your neighbors flowers.In the colder months, cats running loose often seek the warmth of car engines in our carports and often end up dying in the process. Please keep your cats indoors when at all possible.
